WoW!!! I've been gone forever, haven't I? This is so very sad for me....See, this summer was extremely hectic and filled with traveling and visiting family and stuff, and then School started again. It's been CRAZY. And I've been dealing with some personal, emotional stuff. Just stuff Mandi and God needed to work out by themselves. So yeah...I feel really bad, but that's what I've been up to.

Last night was homecoming at our school. We lost...again. Lost last year too, but I had a good time at the game. Most all of my friends were there, so we got to just hang out and stuff.

And I screwed up my ankle...again. See, back in July, I twisted it, and it hurt really, really bad. I couldn't walk for weeks. But I rested it, and it healed up pretty well, and I didn't give me many problems unless I did something really crazy. But then at the game last night, I was walking around and talking to people for about 2 1/2 hours, and that's when it really started to hurt again. So I went and sat down in the bleachers and propped it up and iced it when I got home. I got up this mroning, and I could still feel that it wasn't right, but I dealt with it. But THEN, I tripped over a high-heeled shoe of my mom's that was in the middle of the floor and kinda fell, and my ankle twisted as I fell onto the chair, and now it's really messed up. It's throbbing. So my boyfriend's dad is a doctor, and he looked at it tonight and started poking random ligaments and stuff and asking me if it hurt, and then he told me (after only about 20 seconds) that my something-something ligament had a tear in it. I was pretty impressed that he knew that after just poking my foot for 20 seconds! But he told me to rest it and wear a brace-thing on it. So we'll see how it does....

The last game in Yankee Stadium was Sunday night. I can't really describe the emotions I felt. My dad raised me watching Yankee baseball, but I never got to go to a game, which I deeply regret. There's just so much history! It was hard to let go. I'm still struggling with it. But I'm sure the new stadium is going to be just gorgeous. It will have its own history to look forward to.

I think that's all I have for now. I'm really tired, so I think I'm going to go to sleep I'm sorry I've been away for so long, but I hope that everyone's doing well!!!
